2023 Staff Award Winners
Living Water Way Award: Presented to a staff member who exemplifies the core values of Living Water: Honor God, Develop People, Pursue Excellence, Be Good Stewards. (One winner per region)

Servant Leadership Award: Presented to a staff member who consistently models Christ in their lives through humble service of others—whether serving program beneficiaries, fellow staff members, or donors (One winner per region)

Innovation Award: A department or cross-departmental team that used a neighbor-focused approach to solve a difficult challenge this year. These groups followed a process to introduce something new, an innovative solution, and learned from the experience (Two winners for 2023)

Meritorious Award: Awarded to a staff member for outstanding or meritorious levels of achievement which contributes significantly to any of the LWI Overflow 25 four Guiding Positions. (Three winners for 2023)

CEO Distinguished Service Award: Presented to an individual or team purely at the discretion of the CEO. The recipient is someone who has made exceptional contributions to the mission of Living Water or overcome great obstacles or opposition to achieve their goals.
