CEO Transition Update

As part of the transition process, there have been ongoing communications between Living Water board members, stakeholders, partners, and, most recently, with our Gala attendees. This communication plan was shared at the recent board meeting, and we are right on track with the plan, but we thought you might enjoy seeing the unique ways this information has been shared with Living Water staff. 

Mike Mantel and Jonathan Wiles have done a series of video chats which have been recorded and shared via the staff Wellspring. All staff members have been able to ask questions to inform the content of these video chats, and those questions have been turned into a set of Frequently Asked Questions. 

Through this link, you can see the FAQs and all four video recordings. This has been a fun process, and the staff have appreciated this level of detail during the transition process. Note that the FAQ document will be updated as any new questions come in, so you may want to check back in the coming weeks!
